Delivery Policy Charges
Each FlowersMansion arrangement is designed and delivered by our professional delivery team. While we guarantee the delivery of our beautiful flowers every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers, flower conditions & availability of materials. Our floral artists will substitute flowers & materials of an equal or higher value if the necessity arises.

Additional Delivery Surcharge for Selected Regions
A $10 Surcharge will be applicable for deliveries to the following areas
- All Military Camps
- All PSA ports and Logistics
- Airport Passenger Terminals & Cargo Complexes
- Marina Bay Sands
- Sentosa
- Selected Universities & Other Tertiary Camps
Time Specifications will not be entertained during Valentine's Week due to the influx of orders. Bouquets will be sent out within the selected delivery date
If the paid amount for delivery is lesser than what is necessary (eg. Valentine's Day but picked Standard Delivery), we reserve the right to claim the additional payables via Text or Email, and the order will not be processed unless we receive the full payment for both the Order and the Delivery.
We reserve the right to decline the selected delivery option should we deem it inapplicable.

Redirection Charges
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of S$20 will be applicable. In the event that the order is canceled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable. Such as,
- Incorrect Address
- No such person at the given address
- Failure to contact customer and process order successfully due to incorrect contact number given
- The recipient is not present during the requested delivery time period
Limitation of Liability
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, FlowersMansion's liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the wilful act or gross negligence of FlowersMansion or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price.
The customer shall not seek from FlowersMansion the loss of profits, contracts, revenue, or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order
