Will my Flowers be the same as the shown picture?

We refrain from making any promises as there are many factors that needs to be considered - the types of wrapping, flower & foliage available. Ever flower & foliage brought in are bound to have slight variations as they are all natural products of the earth

How do you derive the prices listed?

Our prices considers many several factors - number of stalks, types of flowers used (preserved will be more expensive), wrappings, ribbons and of course, the handiwork of our hardworking florists!

Where do i collect my Flowers for Self-Pickup?

All orders are available for collection at Tampines Street 22, Block 284, 520284

How much are the delivery charges?

Do we take Customised Orders?

Yes we do! We strongly encourage y'all to take up customised orders as it brings out the element of knowing your partner! Drop us a text via Whatsapp @ +65 83630136 or Fill in the Form under "Customisation" which will be at the first page of our website.

Can I add a card message to my order?

Yes. Cards are Complimentary for every order and we would urge y'all to write in a personalised message by dropping us a text @ +65 8363 0136. We reccomend that your card message includes who they are from so that the recipient can acknowledge their gift from you.

What if I want to surprise the recipient?

The flowers will be anonymous if y'all inform us about it. We respect your privacy and decisions for every flower bouquet / arrangement that will be delivered.

What if my flowers didn't arrive?

We will attend to this as a priority. Please email us at contact@flowersmansion.com or call us at +65 8363 0136 with your order number and we will assist you

What do i do if i entered the wrong address in the ordering page?

Please phone or email us with the details at least 24 hours in advance and we will gladly amend your order.
